How to cook… a delicious
butternut squash bean soup
We start by boiling the butternut squash, then blend it into a puree.
We add coconut oil, pecans, black beans, coriander, cloves, and chives to create a flavorful and nutritious soup. This is really nutritious because it has a fiber from the squash and then the beans has the right amount of protein and then the pecans add the right amount of oil that we need.
