RETURN POLICY

At Athreya, your and your family’s health matters! We will gladly accept product returns meeting the required conditions within 30 days of shipping.

Return Conditions:

1. Athreya Herbs is not responsible for any damage or defect caused after delivery
2. Damages caused due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy
3. Products should be returned in the same condition in which it was received

To return the product, please email info@athreyaherbs.com, chat or over the phone at 323-909-2981. We will create a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please write this RMA# on the box label. We will use this RMA# to process your return.

Once the product is received back at our warehouse, we will process the return and take appropriate action up to and including refund on the returned product after deduction of shipping charges & a 10% restocking fee from the purchase amount.

Here are a few things to remember when placing an order with Athreya Herbs:

• All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of processing them. However, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as shipping constraints, weather conditions, COVID-19 restrictions or safety measures, etc. some orders may take longer than estimated to arrive.
• Order processing takes place on weekdays from Monday to Friday during business hours.  

• All International orders are shipped with UPS and USPS with a lead time of 7 to 20 days depending on the country of delivery. 

*Note  - Customers will need to pay any duties/taxes based on the customs regulations of the recipient’s country.
