Sesame Beets Recipe…
I love beets and this is one of my favorites.
Takes 15 minutes to cook it.
I'm making some yummy sesame beets.

Take some beets and cut them into half inch cubes.
It's good for all body types.
Start with a good skillet.
Two tablespoons of coconut oil.
Now get the oil hot and then add cup and a half.
Saute them until they become slightly caramelized.
10 minutes should do it.
Three tablespoons of sesame seeds.
So wait until the sesame seeds are all brown.
It's important that you keep stirring.
Otherwise the seeds will become black.
Last thing I need is burnt sesame seeds.
Now when the sesame seeds are done roasting, reduce the heat.

Then you're gonna put some ginger powder, about quarter teaspoon of ginger powder.
Ginger makes it so good. The sweetness of the beets and the pungent of the ginger, perfect match.
Now about half a teaspoon of salt.
It's better to add the salt at the end because otherwise it makes the beets soggy.
Last thing is the lime.
Squeeze the lime on it. Now the sesame beets are ready.
