🌿 Dips for Digestion: Quick, Flavorful, and Ayurvedically Smart

One of the easiest ways to awaken digestion and nourish your body is through Ayurvedic dips. This refreshing green dip is one of my favorites. It’s quick to make, full of fresh energy, and an ideal way to support healthy digestion all year round.

You’ll need:

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro (include the stems for added flavor)

  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds

  • 1 teaspoon Amalaki (Indian Gooseberry) powder

  • ¾ teaspoon salt

  • 3 tablespoons coconut cream (full fat)

  • Water as needed for blending

How to prepare:

  1. Roughly chop the cilantro and add it to your blender — stems and all.

  2. Add cumin, Amalaki, salt, and coconut cream.

  3. Pour in just enough water for the blender to move easily.

  4. Blend until smooth but not runny.

  5. Store in the fridge — it keeps beautifully thanks to its natural enzymes.
