In this forum, we discuss how this ROGI (patient) wants to conceive but has been having frequent miscarriages due to her lifestyle, accumulation of KAPHA, AMA (metabolic toxins), and MEDO DHATU VRUDDI (hypercholesterolemia). During the discussion, we developed a systematic Ayurvedic treatment plan for healthy conception and pregnancy. Making use of MRUDU VIRECHANA (mild purging) to get rid of excess AMA and then administering GRITHA PRAYOGA (medicated ghee) to improve the supply of nourishment to the uterus was a main highlight in this case.
